Obverse: Depicts the orthodox Taoist deity "Bixia Yuanjun," also known as the Jade Maiden of Mount Tai, the Goddess of Mount Tai, Grandmother of Mount Tai, and the Three Immortals Holy Mother. This deity is a Taoist belief centered in North China. Taoist scriptures refer to her as "Venerable Celestial Goddess, the Great Lady of Bixia, the Immortal Jade Master."
