Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your product within 10 days of receiving it, we will happily refund or replace it with a product that meets your expectations.
1. Return Requirements
Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your product.
Return/Exchange Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it.
Required Information for Returns: Proof of Purchase, Order Number, and Product Photos.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us. Contact toaistyuan Customer Service by emailing yiyuantaoism@gmail.com and providing your proof of purchase, order number, product photos, and the reason for your return. toaistyuan will respond within 12 hours.
Step 2: Ship the product. After receiving return approval from toaistyuan , you must ship the returned product within 3 business days. toaistyuan will email you a return label with your return address. Additionally, after the product has shipped, please email yiyuantaoism@gmail.com with tracking information.
Step 3: Receive a refund. We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return. If the refund is approved, we will process it via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and credit the refund. If your return has been approved for more than 10 business days, please contact us by email at yiyuantaoism@gmail.com.
Please note: You are generally responsible for return shipping costs. If the return or exchange is due to our error, toaistyuan will cover the shipping costs.
toaistyuan will cover shipping costs in the following circumstances:
1. The product is damaged or worn during shipping due to rough handling.
2. toaistyuan sent the wrong product, or the product doesn't match your order.
3. The shipping information provided by YiYuan is incorrect, resulting in a failed delivery.
If toaistyuan covers the shipping costs, we will process payment via PayPal. You will need to provide proof of shipping payment or a receipt to confirm the amount.
toaistyuan will communicate this information to you via email.
If there are any charges other than shipping, toaistyuan will cover them, but you will need to send proof of payment for all returns or exchanges to toaistyuan 's customer service email address.
toaistyuan will respond within 12 hours of receiving your email. If YiYuan agrees to cover these charges, payment will typically be made via PayPal within 5 business days.
